Grief isn't a problem to fix or a checklist to complete. It's the natural response to loss — and it looks different for everyone.

Sometimes grief brings unexpected emotions — relief, confusion, even moments of laughter that make you feel guilty. All of these responses are normal.

If you wish, we can integrate your Christian faith into grief therapy through prayer, scripture reflection, and exploring loss through a lens of hope, lament, and resurrection.

Faith integration is always optional and guided by your comfort level — we honour all backgrounds and perspectives.
